A One-Time 5% Financing Fee: To make this possible, we add a one-time,
upfront 5% financing fee to the loan amount. This small fee is what allows us to
run the VERUS platform, provide security for buyers and sellers, and facilitate
the entire process without charging you punishing interest rates. The one-Time
Financing Fee is capped at $1000 and is paid over the life of your loan.
